WSOSC shall be a nonprofit social organization whose primary purpose is to provide morale, friendship and community service to military officer’s spouses in the west Puget Sound area. Its goal is to promote social, cultural, and enrichment activities for its members and charitable activities that give back to its local military community at large. WSOSC is a by our own, for our own, non-federal entity.
